General terms- I can work with reference photos provided by the customer or written descriptions. You can give me creative liberty or provide specific descriptions about what you want me to do. please prepare on of my works as example for the stylePayment- paid in full upfront (paypal). We will discuss the price prior to the payment, in case I will have to charge extra for details etc. Any payment made before I accept your commission will be considered a donation.Process- before any payment we shall discuss what do you want me to make and set a price. After I confirm your commission and I get your payment, I will send you a first sketch so you can tell me if I should change anything or not. I will provide two revisions, first one being the sketch and a second one when the commission is almost finished (you do not have to pay for them)
Commissions will take between 3 days- 2 weeks to be finished, depending on the complexity of the commission. This will be discussed in advance.
If you need your commission to be done in a short time, I will charge extra.Cancelling/ refunding- If you cancel your commission, I will refund your money with a fee, depending on the state of the commission.
If I started the sketch and sent it to you, the refund will be 90%. (and you won`t be allowed to use the sketch any further)
If the commission is almost done, at the second revision, the refund will be 40%.
Any cancelling after that will not get a refund.
Of course, if there is any mistake on my part, depending on the mistake, the refund will be between 50-90 %.
